Attorney Richard Lindsey has been practicing law for more than 35 years. Over his long career, he has helped individuals and businesses throughout Peachtree City, Georgia and the surrounding Atlanta metro area overcome their most complex legal challenges. Also, Rick has had the professional pleasure of assisting families grow through adoptions. As an adoptive parent himself, he brings a unique understanding of the emotional component of adoption coupled with full knowledge of the law governing all types of adoptions in Georgia. Attorney Tom Lacy brings over 20 years of legal experience with 15 years of practicing law in Fayette County. Prior to that, Mr. Lacy worked at several large firms in Atlanta. He focuses his practice on litigating insurance coverage disputes and business matters. He has a wide range of experience spanning pollution suits for billions of dollars to handling smaller cases involving insurance disputes for individual policy holders. Attorney Lacy is peer review rated* AV Preeminent through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating.

Attorney Alexandre A. Kachin focuses his practice areas on business litigation, business transactions and probate and estate planning. He has helped many clients properly prepare their estate plans. Mr. Kachin has also represented executors and heirs in estate disputes matters. Alexandre is proficient in Russian, should translation services be needed. He currently serves as the President of the Fayette County Bar Associations and a member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club.

Of Counsel, Attorney Bob Persons
Bob Persons has experience as a trial lawyer spanning 40 plus years and covering a wide range of litigation. He serves as a mediator and arbitrator in insurance coverage disputes and tort cases with insurance coverage issues, having been certified in 2008.. He currently represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage claims, including claims for losses arising from the Covid 19 pandemic. His past experience includes the representation of both domestic and London market liability and property insurers, reinsureds and excess liability insurers.
Bob has published extensively on matters related to insurance coverage. He has appeared at seminars for the National Business Institute, the Georgia Insurance Law Institute, Lloyd's of London and the CPCU Society's annual program, among others, lecturing on a wide range of insurance topics. He is the co-author of the two-volume text, Excess Liability (Thomson Reuters Publ., published annually, 1998-2020). He has been qualified as an expert witness in insurance coverage and bad faith claims handling cases. He has been named as a “Super Lawyer” in Georgia in the field of insurance for the past decade.
